Questions about invitations

Do you print the invitations yourself?
I only design the invitations; they are manufactured and shipped entirely by a wonderful company called Zazzle. Once you purchase them, things are out of my hands! For advice about Zazzle's printing and shipping process, check out their about page, or contact me.
I just ordered some of your invitations, but I need something changed! Can you fix it?
Sadly, no. Once you have ordered and paid for the invitations, I can no longer edit them. You'll have to contact Zazzle directly to cancel the order, and reorder with the correct wording. If you need any help though, I'm more than happy to assist!
How do I order samples of your wedding invitations?
What I usually recommend is that you go ahead and purchase the invitations through Zazzle - the minimum amount you can order is 10. Then, if you don't like them for any reason, Zazzle will give you a full refund. Zazzle is really generous with their refund policy!
What is Zazzle's printing like? What about the type of invitation papers?
Zazzle's printing is top-notch! For quality photographs showing what the Zazzle paper types and invitation printing really looks like, I recommend this awesome Squidoo lens.
I love one of your invitations, but it doesn't come in my colors! Can you change it?
Yes! Just contact me with a link to the invitation you want edited, and what color/s you'd like me to change it to (you can grab some hex codes from www.colorpicker.com to expedite the editing process).
Can you design a matching map / enclosure card / wine label / fan program / other wedding item for me?
Maybe! Your best bet is to contact me and see. In some cases, like creating a map for an invitation, it could take me a lot of time, and so I may charge an extra fee.

Questions about logos

What do I get when I order a wedding logo?
You get:
  • A free design proof with your unique details
  • One black and white, and one color version
  • Transparent .png file (8" wide at 300 dpi)
  • Non-transparent .jpg file (smaller at 800 pixels wide, for personal use)
  • A vector format, resizable .eps file for professional printing
Other file formats and sizes are available upon request.
Can you design a custom logo for my wedding / other event / business?
I no longer have much time to do custom logo work, but if you really love my designs and think I would be interested in designing your logo, feel free to ask.
Why do some of your logos cost more than others?
Logo pricing is based on the amount of time it will take me to edit the logo to make it yours, and the amount of time it took me to design the logo in the first place. This varies between logos - hence the price differences!
